Planting times vary by tree species and geographic location. We provide detailed planting instructions and generally recommend planting during your region's specific growing season for optimal root establishment.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If your order includes a live tree seedling, it may be shipped separately to ensure it arrives healthy and ready for planting.
Can I use The Living Urn with old remains?
Yes, our system works effectively with cremated remains regardless of how long they have been stored. Our proprietary SoilMix is designed to balance the pH levels of the remains to create a healthy environment for the tree's roots.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our bio-urn systems. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact our support team. Please note that live tree seedlings are perishable and may have specific replacement conditions.
Do I need to buy a tree from you?
While we offer a wide variety of site-specific tree seedlings tailored to your zip code, you can also purchase the 'System Only' option and use a tree or shrub from your local nursery.
